Delivery Information

Your orders placed by credit card are deemed to be finalised when the bank gives the confirmation information for credit card payment, and your orders placed by bank transfer are deemed to be finalised when the payment is received in our account and delivered to the courier company within 3 business days at the latest.

Orders placed after 14:00 on Saturdays are deemed to be placed on the Monday following the confirmation of payment information. Orders placed on public holidays and festive days are deemed to be received on the first business day following the confirmation of payment information.

Our company shall not be held responsible for any problems caused by the courier company.

Cancellation of Order

1). In the case you would like to cancel the product(s) you have purchased through our store, it will be sufficient to notify us by filling in our customer service form.

2). Credit Card refunds are made within 3 business days. Your bank may not reflect credit card refunds to your account on the same day. In this case, you are required to call your bank's credit card service. After the "Cancelled" warning about your order, the entire amount is refunded to your credit card by our company. Refunds made in instalment sales are reflected by your bank to your credit card as a plus balance in each month.

You can make an order cancellation by taking into account the above-mentioned issues.
