I have made the payment for my order, how can I know that you have received it?

After your shopping process is finalised, when we receive your payment, you will receive an e-mail to your e-mail address registered in your membership regarding your payment together with your order information. Please check the information in the incoming e-mail and in case of any error or change, you can contact us at [email protected].

What are the payment options?

‘Payment by Credit Card’’

Credit Card Payment: We offer secure shopping with Visa and Master Card via 256 Bit SSL. For credit card payments, select the bank to which your card belongs from the list of banks at the top of the payment page. At the bottom of the page, instalment options and payment amounts per instalment will be listed. After entering the 16-digit number of your credit card, the expiry date and the 3-digit security number on the back of your credit card, you can take advantage of the instalment payment option by selecting the desired instalment amount. Then, when you press the ‘‘Confirm’’ button, the system will direct you to the ‘‘Payment Confirmation’’ page.

When you click the ‘‘Confirm’’ button after choosing the payment option that suits you from the payment options we have explained above, the site will direct you to the payment confirmation page. At this stage, no amount has yet been debited from your credit card. Thus, you have the opportunity to review all the information about the shopping you have done, make changes or quit the shopping. If you wish to make changes, you have to click on the ‘‘Edit’’ button. If you want to continue, you can finalise your shopping by clicking the ‘‘Confirm’’ button again.

How will I receive my invoice?

All your orders are delivered with an invoice with delivery note as stipulated by law. In gift packages, the invoice with delivery note is mailed to the invoice address without specifying the price.
